How to Exclude pages from Menu bar?

Hey ya guys! I have a question – How can I exclude pages from the Menu bar/and or from my HEADER page? ?
Is there a plugin or something useful for that? Because I don’t want every New Page I create to be shown on menu bar..it’s just waaaaay to sticky like that!
