Hi,
I am using Native mode of AMP on the twenty-sixteen WordPress theme. Everything is working fine so far. But just today I found that the sitemap is not displaying correctly.

I am using the Google Sitemap Generator plugin to generate the sitemap. AMP Plugin automatically changes that sitemap page too to AMP version due to which this particular page is not rendering properly.

Is there any way to exclude this page so that it is not affected by the AMP plugin??

Are you saying the plugin is trying to convert an XML document to AMP? That would indeed be undesirable!

@westonruter Thanks a lot. Sitemap.xml is processing now normally.

I deleted the first amp, uploaded this one and activated. Did I do it the right way? Or shouldn’t I delete the first one?

Anyways, the site is working properly without any issues.

@a_usman Yes, you should have completely deactivated and uninstalled the old one, and then installed and activated the new one. You should only see one AMP plugin in your list of plugins. Once we release v1.2 you’ll get updated to that version.
