How to exclude unwanted page elements?

    I would like to use this plugin to display the *unique* content of certain pages generated “on the fly” within my own site by an Easy Digital Downloads query plugin on other pages within my own site:

    Similar plugins I have tried clone the entire page: header, footer, sidebars and everything else!

    Can your plugin exclude these elements? If so, please explain how to use your shortcode parameters–my experience is barely “mid-level.”

    You can use the start and stop parameters in the shortcode to seek out he HTML elements that mark the beginning and end of the content that you want to display on your site. Also, note that WordPress will sometime try to break your shortcode if it contains HTML tags that it tries to reformat for you. I suggest that you wrap the whole shortcode in a textarea so that you can see exactly what HTML you are going to get from the shortcode. Then, when you have refined it to what you want to see, you can remove the textarea and you should have the desired result on that page.

    Thanks so much for your response. The solution sounds much more advanced than my experience.

    Even so, I’ll experiment a bit–maybe I can figure it out and learn a new trick!
