how to export contact form db to excel

i have created a export link shortcode
[cfdb-export-link form=”Enquiry_copy” show=”submit_time,name,contactno,” filter=”submit_time>$_GET(start)&&submit_time<$_GET(end)”] … but it shows empty results.. it is not getting the dates… please help.. urgent.
