• Subject: Assistance Required with Figma Design Import to WordPress

    Hi,

I am currently using WordPress version WP 6.5.3 and concurrently designing my website with Figma. However, I’m encountering an issue where the designs do not transfer correctly from Figma to WordPress; the layout and elements get disrupted during the import process.

Could you please provide any guidelines or documentation on the proper procedure for importing Figma designs into WordPress? I need this information urgently.

    Thank you for your assistance.

    Best regards,

    [Samrat]

    There’s no such thing ??

What exactly are you “importing” your Figma design into WordPress as? A WordPress theme? A single page/post? And what tool are you using (or where in WordPress are you going) to do the importing? Are you importing into some 3rd-party WordPress page builder plugin?

If you’re importing your Figma designs as a WordPress theme

As far as I can tell, Figma has no built-in feature to export a Figma design as a functional WordPress theme. Just like converting static HTML/CSS designs exported from Photoshop or some other design software to a WordPress theme, there’s going to be some coding (a lot, actually) involved to go from a Figma design to a functional WordPress theme.

There are 3rd-party Figma plugins that promise to automagically convert Figma designs to functional WordPress themes with “zero coding”. If you’re using one of these plugins and encountering issues, you’ll need to consult the documentation and support of that particular Figma plugin.

If you could clarify exactly what you’re doing and provide a link to the site question, I could take a look and give you some pointers to start troubleshooting from.
