I want to export a website for someone I am helping. I chose Export to > File but I don’t know where the file is. How do I find the file to upload into XAMPP local install? Or should I choose Google Drive? I did this once before but I can’t remember how I did it.

You can download the file from the backups page of the plugin.
On the file system, all the backups are stored in wp-content/ai1wm-backups folder.
You can import the backup from file on the new website once you download it.

Do I need to access that via cpanel or is it available from the admin dashboard?

It is available in the wp-admin dashboard.

It’s 28GB after excluding the media library. The download failed after trying to download the backup with the media library, which I think was 50+ GB. Hopefully, this will work. How will I download that large of a file if it fails?
