How to extend our own field type

Can any one guide us how to add field type?

I want to add my own field type called “Header Title” which should be dynamic, my client do not want to add it as static, so what ever Header Tile he want he want to add dynamically.
Ex: I want to display the meta fields like below.
Personal Information (header Title which I need to achieve using plugin or add on)

Name field
Age Field
Email Field
etc.Physical Information (header Title)
=============
Gender
Height (Select box with list)
Eyecolor (Select box with list)
etc.Images (Header)
========
Gallery image file.Using existing field type I can not get the above function. so
I need to add my own field type “Header” under this I will add fields based on our needs.Just guide us where can I get the code?
I will add that code in my plugin, when I install this plugin the extra field type “Header” to be added in “Field Type” in pods plugin.
If still confuse above, then just give guidance to add our own field type as mentioned here https://pods.io/docs/learn/field-types/
so that we will be able to get our function from there…
