How to extend the sidebar color to the bottom of the page?

  • Hi,
    I’m using the Digg 3 Column Theme. I’ve designed my site well with colors but the colors which I gave to them extend only where the widget stops. I want it through end of the posts. Do I need to make an image or what should I do?

  • There are lots of ways to do this, but one way would be to put the three columns into a ‘wrapper’ div whose background is a 1px horizontal line cross section of the colours that you want. That’s what I do on my sites anyway.

    That way you pretend that the column is showing but the repeated 1px line is actually in the background.

    P.S. I’d prefer it if your site didn’t turn into a p0rn site after a minute of being opened. I don’t really want to see that stuff.
