How to feed Marketing Opt In from Checkbox

Hi, I’m hoping someone can help.

I have set up Gravity form to feed into salesforce and it is all working OK apart from my Marketing Opt In checkbox. Is there a keyword i can add into the admin label so it sync’s correctly to salesforce?
