How to figure out which URLs to add in a plugin filter

  • Hello,

    I’m testing the plugin to disable Gravity forms on some pages.
    Plus, I have installed other plugins to track the forms (Gravity Forms event tracking, Gravity forms webhooks add-on).

    Like for contact form I assume that I have to create a plugin filter with the permalink to where the form is posted.

    My question is: how can I determine what are the URLs to add in a plugin filter?
    In this case for Gravity form, but also in general how can I know if there are URLs to be added to a plugin filter?
