I believe the custom fields set up by advanced custom fields should be searchable in the same way as any other custom fields. Just choose “Custom Post Field” as the datatype when setting up your inputs.

Hi! I did select “Custom Post Field” as the item to search but I cannot find my custom field. Can you suggest me how to solve this issue? Are there any video tutorials on this plugin?

I haven’t made any videos yet, no, I will try to do some in future.

If you select “Custom Post Field” then the next drop down should show all custom fields which have been set on a post. If you’ve created a post using that custom field it should show in the list.

The drop down next to custom post field has a lot of different options but it doesn’t have my custom post type’s fields.
Also, (post type) categories option displays every single category including woocommerce categories.

Hi, I’ve just tested with Advanced Custom Fields and the field should show up.

It will show up with the “Field Name” not the “Field Label”, could that be the issue?

It will only show up after a post has been created with the field, could that be the issue?

With the categories, yes, by default it will show all configured categories. If you only want to display certain categories you have two options:

    1. In the dropdown settings you can manually list all the options you want to show.
    2. In the category field settings you can select a root element, then the list will only include sub-categories below that root.
