• Hi, I have made a filter form and installed it on my main shop page. I added the text to the text widget on the side bar. I have set color, material, tag and price as the items in the form.

I am using the same side bar for all shop category pages as well. My problem is that when I go to an actual category page (category link in my nav) I can’t sort by color for those items in specific. For example, for the accessories category page if I click on the “stone” color then items from another category pop up.

So my question is, how can I filter by color for that specific category? I have a lot of categories but not all of them have actual pages, so what would be the best way to achieve what I want? Thanks in advance.

    Hi,

Please set Logical Relationship to “AND” in Product Filter options: https://share.getcloudapp.com/2Nu0kzEW and let us know how it works then.

Something is wrong. I can’t edit my existing Product Filter now. When I click on “add new” the new form comes up. But when I click on edit for an existing one, nothing happens. What can I do? I recently updated my WordPress to 5.5.3 and I am using DIVI as my theme.

    Hi,

Please try to deactivate your third-party plugins, except WooCommerce and if you still can not edit the Product Filters, please contact us via email at [email protected] so we can investigate this issue further on your site.
