How to filter shipping method text on order details

How do you edit the “via Shipping Method Name” text that appears next to the shipping total on the order details page/email (I want to remove it)?
I’ve used filters to edit the shipping label and remove the tax label, but I can’t work out how to filter the shipping method. Any ideas?
