How to filtering or protect POSTS with sexual content

Is there a way to make certain posts “parental advisory” or something like that. Where certain posts that make have sexual content the person will have to submit a birth date, or be prompted that what they are about to read has sexual content in it… Would like to do this for certain posts not all posts..
