• hi , i have a website that embed movies/tv shows/ links to my visitors … for some reason i want to rehost the website in wordpress .. there is a lot of plugins i can use .. and i have already downloaded all the website ( 100,000+ files ) and its size is above 3gb….

    is there is any easy way to search all those files with a bot/program/software to grab all the embed links from it and put it in lists so i can upload them again to my new website ??

    please let me know and give me any ideas to do that plzzzzzzz dont just read and leave like always :/

    what platform/cms are you migrating from? it might be that it’s compatible with one of the wordpress importers.

    if it is then your posts will likely be dumped into the database and if you embedded things in the previous site by just adding in the url to the content then that info should still be there and may just work…

    to be honest i am not sure what platform is my website built-in since i am not the one who build it from the first place but i know that when i asked the develober to do it (5 years ago ) i asked him to do something like (https://www.movie4k.to/) and mywebsite kinda looked like it so i am guessing its the same platform .. also when i open the html files i see those lines

    <!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN"
        "https://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-transitional.dtd">
    <html xmlns="https://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml">

    <title>Watch D?D°Do D?D°D1Do 2: D????€D???D±D?D? / Like Mike 2: Streetball online - Watch Movies Online, Full Movies, Download Movie2k.to Movie4k.to</title>
    <meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=UTF-8" />
    <meta name="author" content="movie4k.to" />
    <link rel="shortcut icon" href="cid:wwwX2emovie4kX2etoX2ffaviconX2egif" type="image/gif" />
    <link rel="canonical" href="cid:wwwX2emovie4kX2emeX2f" />
    <link rel="canonical" href="cid:wwwX2emovieX2etoX2f" />
    <link rel="canonical" href="cid:wwwX2emovie4kX2emeX2f" />

    maybe that would give u the idea what platform they are …

    also when i checked those html files i can see the embed link of every show/movie i uploaded on my old site .. i want something to grab those codes for me and put it in a list so i can re-use them again
