How to find file/code calling http image request

  • On looking to minimise my site’s loading http requests. A few requests come back as errors (and they aren’t needed). I can see the URL of the image which is attempting to load, however I can’t find the css or php file to delete this call / request. Is there a way to identify what file is requesting the image?

  • You could disable all plugins one at a time to see which one is the culprit that is requesting the image request and then zero in on that. Same process if it is the theme.
