How to find if my site is translation ready?

    Hi,

    I downloaded a free theme from the internet and it is without any documentation.

    I just want to find out whether this site is translation ready or not?

    PS: Actually I am now learning to make my own custom sites translation ready. So before I start reading the tuts I need to find out how to find if my site is translation ready?
