How to find or make a 100% translation for this plugin?

Hi,
I’ve searched for translations to find a way they work out. Some mentioned that there is no po/mo translations available for plugin and it is handled by Polygot, which is a translation pack hosted by wordpress.
But it is said that before the plugin translation is ready for your language (persian in my case) on wordpress, you can use mo/po files actually they have priority (and should have).
What can I do right now because I need it to be translated.
