How to Find Post Session ID in Database to Clean My Post Url

Hay everyone, I need help trying to get rid of an ugly session id on the end of a posts url. Somehow the post url shows the code attached to the end and people are linking to it. I have done a redirect using the redirection plugin, but would like to make sure this thing isn’t in my database.

Any ideas how to hunt and destroy the php bit?
