How to Find Stats on Media Views

    Hi! I would like to know the views on a certain PDF linked on my website. Where on Jetpack can I find this information? I am using the Jetpack Stats (Commercial license) plan.

    Hi there, @kkfantastic,

    While our Stats feature can track Media views, it does not track file downloads for any files hosted on your server, such as PDF links. If by “Views” you mean “downloads”, then our Stats is not equipped for it.

    Alternatively, you may consider integrating our Stats with Google Analytics or similar, which can give you a more granular stats report for files activity such PDF.

    Hi there, @kkfantastic,

    Unfortunately we have discontinued any integrations with Google Analytics on the latest update of the Jetpack plugin – you can see more details about that here: https://jetpack.com/support/google-analytics/

    That said, you can still set up Google Analytics on your site and access the Stats data from the Google Analytics dashboard.
