How to find the cause of Circular Redirect Path error and FB sharing problem

I’ve been trying to figure out why suddenly today my blog posts don’t share properly on Facebook. I ran a URL for my blog through the FB URL debugger and got the error circular redirect path detected.
Something is adding extra characters to my URL when I share on Facebook. Doesn’t matter if I manually share the link or use a share button on my site or in my browser.
How do I fix this? I’ve bolded the extra characters:
