How to find the page to add the redirects? Nowhere to be seen…

Surely, I’m blind here…
but, it’s nowhere in the left hand side of options that I can find. And don’t see any special settings page.
How do you get to the pages shown in the screen capture section? Where’s the location of the form to enter the redirects?
