How to fix a missing plug in from your plug in section?

  • I realize this topic was brought up before, but it has been closed and I need further instructions.

    I installed the semilogic reloaded plug in, but it does not appear on my plugin section. I followed WordPress Forum instructions and went to my cPanel.

    Sure enough the file is there, but I don’t know how to trouble shoot this problem. What’s my next step?
