How to fix error: A group configuration for "include" was not set.

After making some changes in ‘Minify’ section, I started receiving the following errors: Recently an error occurred while creating the CSS / JS minify cache: A group configuration for “include” was not set.
I tried every possible means to remove the errors but failed. Today I reset all settings to default by clicking “Restore Default Settings” but still the error is appearing. I also tried disable and re-enable the plugin.
Secondly, I am receiving “W3 Total Cache Error Notification” email every 10 minutes and it has flooded my email’s inbox. So please suggest me how to disable emails.
