How to fix Error Http 500? edit htaccess, deactivate plugin & theme not working

  • Please help me, i don’t know anymore how to recover the website from getting error 500. This is the website https://impaperyarn.com/

    First of all, i am the beginner of website coder, so i need step by step to follow everyone instruction. At the beginning the error appear just at the front page of wordpress but afterwards i cannot access the wp-admin. I already follow other that i should rename the .htaccess but not working, then deactivate plugins and theme also cannot gave the fruition, i am very frustated.

    Please help me, i am very needed your kindness and knowledge to teach a beginner like me.

    Looks like you have a corrupted core file. Try re-uploading all files & folders – except the root wp-config.php & .htaccessfiles and the wp-content folder – from a fresh download of WordPress. Make sure that you delete the old copies of files & folders before uploading the new ones.

    Ok, if i do that, is there any side-effect? Such like the picture/image became broken link or maybe not accessible?
