How to fix “Internal Server Error”

A recent order synced the contact feed successfully but the deal feed failed due to “Internal Server Error”: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1c_-9Y9OZQESPJlMJJIjXZP9O2pUTWAhI
This same error happened before when the payment for the product failed and it makes sense that you would not sync the deal to zoho if the payment for the order did not come through.
But with this order (#14738) the payment is showing up as green and being processed, the previous order (#14734) was synced to zoho with no problem.
