    Hi good day

I’m having issues as I can’t optimize individually some images on our client’s site because of this notice “Could not retrieve file path”. Have noticed that the webp of some images displaying in the front end of the site.

How do we fix this one so that we can optimize individually and webp images be shown on the frontend of the site?

    Thanks!

    Hello,

It would probably help if I could see the System info from the support tab of the plugin settings. Can you copy that to a pastebin.com link?

Does the client have WPML? If so, there was a rare issue a while back where if a file was uploaded with one language selected, then when switching to another language, the images wouldn’t be there or available.

If that’s not it, do they have an S3 bucket or are using something to offload their images?

Ahh, that could be it. Our plugin works automatically with WP Offload Media for items in an S3, but if you are using something else, you may need to use our S3 Image Optimizer:

What if we use WP Offload Media and Digitalocean Space please?

Should we use that plugin too? if yes, activate it together with eWWW at the same time?

    Thanks

If you use WP Offload Media, it should work automatically. You don’t need to use S3 Image Optimizer unless you are using something other than WP Offload Media to put your images on a cloud storage solution. It’s not about the storage bucket so much as the tool that interacts with that.
