How to fix ‘q’ bug

    Remove the letter ‘q’ from the start of plugins/code-snippets/code-snippets.php

    It looks like this was patched in the repository only *after* the 3.6.5 release was tagged (“Fix issue with deployed code-snippets.php file”, #3093592)
