I keep getting the P3 Plugin “You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page” error when I try to scan now. So basically, I can’t use this plugin, although I’d like to.

I had deactivated it, deleted it, and reinstalled it, but that didn’t help. I’m not good at messing with databases. I’m not sure if there’s an antiquated table or something …

Any suggestions to help get this plugin working would be appreciated!

  • jasonpaulweber,

Sorry you are running into this issue. I’ve not yet been able to replicate this error. You stated you deleted the plugin and re-installed. I’d like you to try and delete it again, and then also verify that the test records created aren’t causing an issue.

By default the plugin creates the ‘profiles’ directory in your uploads directory (/wp-content/uploads by default). Please try deleting this ‘profiles’ folder as well, and then re-installing. Let me know if that resolves the issue or not.

Hi Chris. I deleted as you said. I was able to finally get p3 to work … sorta.

I’m quite sure it’s a conflict with the Plugin Organizer module, as when I deactivate and delete that, p3 actually worked, and as expected, I found out the worst culprit was Jetpack

But upon reinstalling the Plugin Organizer, I’m now once again unable to access p3.

Thanks for taking the time to respond!
