How to Fix “There Has Been a Critical Error on Your Website” Woocommerce shop

Hi all,
I am having trouble with my woocommerce shop page on my wordpress/elementor website. It is working fine for half the people accessing it but for the other half, it is displaying the “There has been a critical error on this website,” notification. I have tried changing some of the settings that I recently changed such as how many products per page and I thought this fixed it but the error message is still occurring for some people.
Can you please help me – I don’t know what else to try?
Also, please don’t suggest that I change my theme as it has taken me so long to build this website with the theme that I have. Willing to try anything else though to fix this problem! ThanksThe page I need help with: [log in to see the link]
