How to FIX: Warning: http_build_query(): Parameter 1 expected to be Array

Please disable all plugins and see if the error goes away. If so, re-enable them one at a time until you find what’s breaking things.

@sterndata –Thank you found the plugin. I followed your instructions,deactivated all plugins and then tried uploading and it worked. I activated one by one the plugins and found out the WP Smush plugin does the error. I have deactivated the WP Smush plugin and the site is working fine now. THANKS AGAIN

I had this same problem, but the solution turned out to be that the hosting account was out of disk space.

I’m getting this error even on the admin page so how can i disable plugins
