How to fix woocomerce chekout manager issue: Conditional fields don’t work

I have a client who has an online shop using woocomerce to work with everything related to her orders.
Everything worked fine but now I have a problem with some conditional fields in the page related to shipping and billing.
I installed the plugin woocomerce checkout manager to add some fields as VAT and other couple of fields which they used to show up only if the client chose YES in a previous select field, if NO was selected then the fields used to be hidden, but now, they are all the time visible.
I don’t know whether if I have to do something in php or directly in the plugin settings.

I’ve tried to recoding functions.php in child theme, enable and disabled conditional fields on woocomerce checkout manager but I’m making stab in the dark.
Currently i’m using Versión 3.7.0 in Woocomerce and Version Versión 4.5.2 in WooCommerce Checkout Manager, wordpress version Versión 5.2.4 and PHP 7.0
