    Its normal to get 100% cpu for some milliseconds (30-500, dependent on how heavy your site is and your host processor power)
    How much is your site page generation time?

    php-cgi is not very optimal SAPI, consider using something else if possible.

    Previously, I used a2hosting hosting, it works fine all the time, but last Friday I received a notification email, cpu run is 100% .

    So I tried migrating to vps, but it still cpu 100% as well.
