How to flush a cache when its data changes

I’d also like to note, I changed some data last night at 5pm, then when I came into work this morning, it still had not updated. Thus the 12 hour regeneration interval doesn’t affect this.

Are you talking about a custom endpoint that is being cached or about a standard WordPress endpoint? Standard WordPress endpoint should be flushed automatically, under one condition: if you use the _fields parameter you must also include the id and type field for (custom) post types or the id and taxonomy field for (custom) taxonomies.

This would be a custom endpoint that we have made with Advanced Custom Fields.

Well in that case our plugin will not automatically cache your endpoint and it will also not be able to automatically flush it. You will have to add some code in order to do so.

Second you would possibly have to help the plugin determine the correct object type of your endpoint, see: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-rest-cache/#on%20the%20cache%20overview%20page%20i%20see%20the%20object%20type%20is%20%27unknown%27.%20can%20i%20help%20the%20wp%20rest%20cache%20plugin%20to%20detect%20the%20object%20type%20correctly%3F
And finally, you would have to write some code for automatically flushing the endpoint once the content has changed. After I install your plugin, when I send request from android volley library it gives me data. After then I edit my post, delete, try everything but it gives me only that cache data. Even I clear caches from your plugin setting. But nothing help me. After deleting a post it is showing as cached previously. Then I deactivate your plugin and clear all caches. But nothing help. always return me that cache data that are fetched for the first time.

If you deactivate our plugin and you still get cached data, then it is not our plugin that is doing the caching. A deactivated plugin cannot do anything, so it cannot return cached data or cache it at all. Can you check if there is a response header X-WP-Cached-Call?
