    Hello,

There is a Popup survey form only for abandoned order on our checkout page, and it is triggered by exit-intent, and that means it will show up only if a user try to leave or close the checkout page.

In this case, if a user try to pay by paypal or credit card, the Popup Survey form will shown up, because the Paying process is also a Popup form, and it was regarded as exit-intent.

So, would you please let us know how to force all of payment processed in the way of inline form?

    Thanks

    Hi @alexliii,

There is no configuration in the plugin that would allow forcing the inline form.
To clarify, do you mean the inline modal that can be triggered with the express buttons and Vaulting, or do you man a full-site redirect to PayPal when clicking the button?

PayPal is targeting the popup or ‘mini browser’ as a default experience and a full-site redirect feature is only available under certain circumstances.

But in any case, this seems more like a configuration problem with the abandoned order logic as payment gateways opening popup windows shouldn’t be a problem to handle usually.

    Kind regards,
    Niklas
