• Here’s the thing. I optimized all (well most) images using the robin plugin about a week ago. Then I had some problems with the whole website so among other things I have restored my unoptimized images (from before) back to the server. But robin optimizer still reports those as being optimized, even though they can not be, because these images were restored from the local files that were not optimized in any way.

So now robin optimizer reports the images as being 89% optimized, but they are in fact raw and unoptimized… so the plugin seems to just skip everything when I click on the run button.

  • Hi @johns0n!

Robin Image Optimizer cleans after itself after deinstallation. You can try uninstalling and then reinstalling it, could help. If not we’ll try other options.

Hi Alexander, thank you for your fast response!

I changed quite a few settings in the whole webcraftic clearfy plugin… if I uninstall it, will those settings remain? Would be good to have a “clear” button or something similar instead… also for other users?

Ah… I forgot Robin is actually a module not a default part of clearfy… so I uninstalled the module and reinstalled it and it worked. Cheers!
