I have created an order from the admin. The client got the email to pay.
Now when he clicks ‘Pay’ link from the email then I want him to be redirected to the login page first and then pay.

Please let me know if this is possible.

Any suggesstion is highly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

The account would need to be created first and the order assigned to this user. There is no registration flow for ‘pay’ links.

Thanks Mike. I have understood this.

Sorry I have one more question.

When the user is returned to the site to pay via pay link then the current page doesn’t show the user name or any user details.

Is it the way the system handles the checkout.

No details are taken on pay since they should have already been populated when creating the order.

    Ok got it.

One last question is when I am adding an order, do I need to save the user first in users page or I can do that by adding it in billing section and then save order. The system will send invoice to the customer?

If you’re linking to a user account, you need to create the user first. Otherwise it will be a ‘guest’ order.
