how to free the widgets area of theme?

thanks,i dont know what firebug is. can you clarify a bit more? will it help remove side widget area commpletely?
you can have a look at– https://www.frontlineplusdfordogs89132lbs.us , right side of the post is white space reserved for widgets. can it be removed so that post occupies full width.

Firebug is one of the available browser inspection tools; others would be ‘right click’ – ‘inspect element’ of most modern browsers.

it will only help to identify where in the styles you might need to change the settings.

you will still need to have a fundamental knowledge of css and you will need to make the changes to the styles of your theme.
