I noticed a client site show the [social_warfare] at the bottom of the site, and have not yet figured out how to remove it. I also reinstalled the plugin to see if there are any settings that mentions that all data and settings will be removed. (But I am not able to locate any additional settings.)

How do I fully remove all data and settings which the plugin has written to the site/database? I especially need to remove the bottom shortcode.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Hi Paal, if you go to Social Warfare >>> Settings and scroll to the bottom, you will see a toggle on/off to display or remove it. If you still need help, please email our support team at [email protected]

    Hey Christine @cdegraff1

    Thank you for your reply!

What I forgot to mention that I installed the plugin in a multisite.
I went to the primary site and this is what I see
Social Warfare -> Display, Styles, Social Identity and Advanced.

In the Installed plugin screen. Clicking Settings under the Social Warfare title leads to the Display screen.

On the bottom of the Display screen I see no toggle on/off to display or remove.

The bottom option is Post Type – Static Buttons and Floating Buttons (If Activated)

    Hello again.

I had to manually update Xtheme and then go into Cornerstone and into the Footer and there I saw the shortcode had been added. I removed it from there and the shortcode is gone.

    Thank you for being there!

    Case closed.

    ps
I also e-mailed support about closing the case.
