I’m not sure exactly what you mean by a “status list”. But if you are talking about uploads for more than one webform, EntryWizard is currently not able to do that.

I don’t know if you’ve tried Ewz-Rating, but using it you can generate a “rating form” listing all images uploaded by a single user for existing webforms. For the rating form you would select all the webforms you are interested in, choose “All Logged-In Users” as the judges, and check “User’s Own Images Only” under Item Selection.

    My status list means

ABC [email protected] USA 4 colour 4 mono 4 travels 4 nature.
DEF [email protected] UK 4 colour 4 mono 0 travels 0 nature.

And so on listing all the people who has submitted the photos.

You can set up the downloaded spreadsheet to display the information on a per-image basis for a single webform.

But if you want summary information on a per-person basis, you are going to have to write a spreadsheet macro to do that.

    Ok Thank you very much.

Oops may I know is it possible to add a column to capture the user country in the download database file?

Only if you are using a plugin that collects such data — wordpress does not collect it by default, and neither does entrywizard.

If you are, you can set up the Ewz-Extra plugin as a sort of bridge between the other plugin and entrywizard. Read the ewz-extra.txt file that comes with entrywizard, and the help button beside Extra Data in the Layout admin page .

Thank you for the info, I’ll try.

Just my 2 pennies, but would’t be easier to capture that data after it is in your computer?
This way we do not tax Entrywizard.

    Hi Josie,
I’ve done the Ewz-Extra and tested it work well. later the system prompted me to update to 1.3.3 so when up press update. it reported error. so I should not update?

What was the error message? Did it make any sense to you? Please quote it exactly.

    (@peterleenc)

    This is the msg

Update Failed: The update cannot be installed because we will be unable to copy some files. This is usually due to inconsistent file permissions.

    (@joanne123)

You need to look at the permissions on the entrywizard files on your server, likely via ftp or cpanel.
If you don’t understand what that means, you need help from someone who does, or from your hosting company. ( But from what you say above, I’d guess perhaps you changed the permissions on the ewz-extra.txt file when you edited it. )

Ok so I just ignore the update prompt for this Ewz-Extra plugin.

There will never be any update prompt for Ewz-Exra — you created it yourself, it is not hosted by WordPress.

The prompt you got was for EntryWizard, and you should NOT ignore it. There was a bugfix in the latest version, and several small improvements.

Just fix the permissions on the ewz-extra.txt file in entrywizard ( or rename it so the new version does not need to overwrite it).

    (@peterleenc)

Yes, I understand. The prompt is at the Ewz-Extra not at EntryWizard as the EntryWizard already updated before I make the modification on Ewz-Extra.
