How to generate code?

    Hello,

    I am trying to use your plugin, but when I go to the plugin setting I am only seeing ‘premium’ features in a small collumn on the left of the page. Nothing else?

    I also have some questions;
    1)* Can I generate/create my own codes?
    2)* I don’t want to email the codes, but send a physical card, is that possible by simply disable the ‘complete order’-email from woocommerce?
    3)* Will the giftcard also cover shipping costs, for example a giftcard with value € 25,-:
    Products 10€
    Shipping 6€
    Giftcard -16€
    Total: 0€
    4)* –> Balance on giftcard 9€ –> Will there remain a balance on code when using only a part of the value?

    Hi Wanderer,

    1)* Can I generate/create my own codes?

    Sorry, you can’t. Gift cards code are generated automatically on order completed.

    2)* I don’t want to email the codes, but send a physical card, is that possible by simply disable the ‘complete order’-email from woocommerce?

    Only digital gift cards are available. So all Gift Cards product are implicitly “virtual”.

    3)* Will the giftcard also cover shipping costs, for example a giftcard with value € 25,-:
    Products 10€
    Shipping 6€
    Giftcard -16€
    Total: 0€

    Gift Cards can not be used for shipping fee discount.

    4)* –> Balance on giftcard 9€ –> Will there remain a balance on code when using only a part of the value?

    Sure, the Gift Cards amount can be used several times until the amount available goes to 0.
