How To Get A Contributor To Edit His Own Profile BUT NOT Edit Dashboard?

    Hi,
    I have the capability manager enhanced plugin but for my website I want the capability so that any contributor can also edit his user BUT NOT edit the dashboard.

    How can I get this to work? As I am not sure how to get this done on the capabilities enhanced manager plugin.

    WordPress does not define any “edit dashboard” capability for you to revoke. If the available capabilities are not sufficient, you would need to direct the inquiry to WP or third party plugin support (depending on what dashboard element is of concern).
