How to get a menu like this ?

my message is more about a question than a suppport, and i can’t find anyone that can help me with this issue.

i thought that if someone knew it was probably you, since you guys are experts in seo.

Basicly, my issue is that a competitor stated doing some collections photos that are showed before us even while we have the first position on google.

Anyone know what those pictures are and how can i get mines like this, to get the first position back ?
