How to get all posts of and all categories

  • Hello there.
    I am looking for a manner, how to make something in sidebar.
    I need there to show 4 categories name (i have got only 4 there). And I need to slideDown the list of posts in these categories, after the guest click on the category name. Can you understand? So it means I need there:

    Category 1
    ->Article 1.1
    ->Article 1.2
    -> …
    Category 2
    ->Article 2.1
    ->Article 2.2
    ->…
    Category 3
    ->Article 3.1
    ->Article 3.2
    ->…
    Category 4
    etc.

    I know how to show/hide the articles, but I have no idea how to get a list of categories and a list of articles inside it. And the last question – I will might have the limit of articles, for example 10
