How to get between page builder rows?

Loving the page builder plugin, but would like to be able to add a horizontal rule between rows. Tried the following:
– Add <hr> and/or <hr /> in textwidget
– Add line in ‘wysiwyg’ tab
– Add line in ‘text’ tabNothing seems to work, would love to know why.
