How to get checkboxes to appear in contact form 7 response e-mail

I set up a contact form using contact form 7 and set all the tags in the e-mail. However, after the form is submitted and I receive the e-mail my checkboxes are not there. How do I set up my e-mail so that the checkboxes from the form go through?
