How to get custom field title and not ID?

    Hey,

    I have a custom post type called CD and a custom field “artist” that is also another Custom Post Type of the same name. When a use the snippet %%cf_artist%% in my Meta Titlte, for example, it returns the ID of that artist – the ID of the custom post type related – and not the tile (or the name of the artist for that matter). Note: the ID appears only in the admin preview; in the real post title it doesn’t, just blank, which is worse I guess.

    Is there something I can do to change that?
