How to get Google Insights from 39 to 95!

I have been searching high and low for a way to get Page Speed Insights to give me something better than 39 on a page with an embedded Youtube video. After running GTMetrics I was told to “lazyload” the video and it gave me a link to YouTube Lyte. My first attempts worked but kept giving me random text on the page.

I’m using the Divi theme and it was only after reading the FAQ’s that I realised what was wrong. You need to use a text block with a short code rather than a code block.

Tried that and as it says in the title – 39 to 95. Yes it needs a double click on a mobile but that’s a small price to pay for such a dramatic improvement in loading time. Thanks for a great plugin.
