How to get Grid gallery for site?

So I have ecommerce plugin and TheCartPress plugin installed. Using the TCP tools from TheCartPress I made a shortcode for one of the page, and I set the columns to 4, however I didn’t get the cards displaying in a grid 4 columns side, I just got 1 large column where everything was (pictures, prices, texts) and 4 narrow (1 cm) columns next to it. Please help me get the grid look. I have some pictures to show you the problem.
