How to get in touch with a person at WooCommerce to submit a tax-exemption

I made two purchases on my WooCommerce account and I need to submit a certificate of exemption so the sales tax can be refunded. I tried to do this via the support page on the WooCommerce website and got into an endless loop. I answered the questions to “Submit a Request” and got sent to a chat bot were I asked my question and then I got a message saying “Uh oh, our bot got confused by your question. You can try rewording it, or get in touch with us via the support form on this page: https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket,” which directed me back to where I was. I need to reach a REAL LIVE PERSON to resolve this tax issue. A bot is not going to be able to handle this. How do I reach a real person?
Also, please fix your support page so that people are not directed back to where they just were by a bot. This is very frustrating and makes your company look really, really bad.The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]
